Gilbert Christian Schools will host an Information Night - Monday, Jan. 25, 7-9 p.m.
for 2010-2011 Middle School (6th -8th) and High School (9th-11th) Parents and Students
The 2010-11 school year will bring many exciting changes to what we can offer students and parents with the opening of our new high school campus. This mandatory informational night will provide parents and students with the vision of what to expect next year as a middle and high school student, and assist families as they register for next year. Join us on Monday, Jan. 25 from 7-9 p.m. at Gilbert Christian Schools for this important meeting.
During the evening middle school and high school parents will be separated to view presentations specific to their students. If you have students in both middle school and high school next year, it is recommended that both parents attend, so a parent can attend each presentation. The general session with Superintendent Jim Desmarchais will begin at 7 pm in the field house. Teacher-led sessions will follow the general session. Don’t miss this event:
o Thank God corporately for all He is doing at GCS
o Hear about plans for the new middle school
o Enjoy an update on the new high school building
o Become aware of the new daily schedule for high schools students
o Hear about core classes and electives, meet the teachers, and understand the curriculum
o Pick up re-enrollment information; including student planners.
o Understand tuition commitments and opportunities for STO scholarships Course advisement will be available for all middle school and high school students on this evening.
Please share this information with families who may be interested in having their children attend Gilbert Christian Schools next year. Open enrollment dates and instructions will be provided.
